The Central Board of Secondary Education has set up a help desk for the school and result committee to prepare exam results for Class 10 and Class 12.

The CBSE has issued a press release stating that the schools can email their queries regarding exam results at the following IDs:

For Class 10: class-10-result@cbsesiksha.in
For Class 12: class-12-result@cbsesiksha.in

The schools have been advised to keep the email short and easy to read & understand. The schools have also been directed to mention the school name, school city and school number in the email.

The helpdesk will be available on the working days only starting from June 24 from 09:30 am to 05 pm.

The schools have also been provided mobile numbers to solve their queries for both Class 19 and Class 12.

For Tabulation Policy queries: 9311226587, 9311226588, 9311226589, and 9311226590.
For IT relates queries: 9311226591.
