In the time of the corona pandemic, the digital education has become a new normal and is being provided by almost all the schools whether it is govt. or private school. The education sector has become one of the most affected fields and it is the underprivileged sections of the society who are facing it the most due to the lack of resources or poor internet services.

In these times of need, the couple residing in Delhi are providing free classes to students from 04 to 14 years who don't have access to the internet or have a lack of resources to study online.

The students reside on the Yamuna river banks and walk 02 kms daily to receive free coaching provided by the couple for English, Maths, Science and Physical Education subjects. The coaching is being provided by the former Indian Diplomat Virendra Gupta and his wife Veena Gupta who came to know about the situation from their household help who also reside in the same area and was concerned for the education of her 03 children.

The couple is providing free open-air classes to these students so they don't get left behind at the time when schools reopen. They also provided pencils, textbooks, notebooks, and other teaching materials to the students.

Since the number of students are showing interest and come to attend these classes, the couple, Mr. and Mrs. Gupta, has started taking classes three times a week to teach three different groups. Mrs. Gupta, after class, also treat students with home-made lemonade and cookies.

The couple is also looking for more volunteers to help in teaching these classes. Mr. Gupta said, " It is not about the money that people can contribute and give, it is about their time. They should take out little bit of their time, an hour or so, if not every day, every alternate day, to help these children".
