The HPCET examination is conducted in Offline mode and contains MCQ type questions. The total time duration of the examination is 03 hours. The question paper is based on the English Language. The question paper is divided into three sections. The detailed paper pattern for the various courses are as follows:-

Note: There is a provision of Negative Marking. 1/2 mark from the total allotted mark gets deducted for each wrong answer.
