NIFT( National Institute of Fashion Technology) is a statutory body that provide  degree programs in various disciplines of fashion. It conducts the NIFT Entrance Exam in order to shortlist aspirants for admission in undergraduate, postgraduate and degree programs offered by it. Having its headquarters in New Delhi, NIFT is considered to be a pioneer in Fashion Education.

Selection Procedure:- The selection procedure consist of the following sections:

  • General Ability Test (GAT)

  • Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD & PI)

 Exam Pattern: General Ability Test (GAT):

  • The total time duration of the test is 3 hours. The test is conducted in Offline mode. The test comprises of 5 sections namely - Quantitative Ability, Communication Ability & English Comprehension, Analytical Ability & Logical Ability, Case Study & General Knowledge and Current Affairs.The language of the test is English only. Total no. of questions are 150 in this test.
