The SBTET is commonly known as Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education & Training. AP POLYCET (Polytechnic common entrance test) is a state level entrance exam which is organized by the State Board of Technical Education and Training of Andhra Pradesh. The AP Polycet Exam carried out for the applicants who want to take admission for Diploma Course. The CEEP/Diploma Course includes Technical, Engineering, Non engineering in Private and Govt. Polytechnic Colleges. The AP Polycet Exam is conducting by the SBTET Andhra Pradesh, every year SBTET Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic CEEP entrance examination carried out to give admissions in the Polytechnic Colleges. This Exam held for the applicants who completed their 10th class from a recognized board.

Andhra Pradesh Polycet Entrance Exam Selection Procedure:

The selection process of AP POLYCET  entrance exam is on the basis of given following rounds:

Andhra Pradesh Polycet Entrance Exam Pattern: 

The AP Polycet is a state-level exam and is conducted in Offline mode. The questions are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and the total duration is 2 hours. The total no. of questions are 120. There is no negative marking and 01 mark is awarded for each correct answer.

Andhra Pradesh Polycet Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria:

The AP Polycet exam eligibility criteria is different for various courses. The details are mentioned below:

  • The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

  • Students must belong to Andhra Pradesh state. 

  • Candidates must pass 10th Class from a recognized Board /SSC Examination.

  • Those candidates belonging to NIOS/ ICSE/CBSE or equivalent exam recognized by the A.P. government can also apply.

  • Candidates must pass class 10th of all subjects of Physics and Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject.

  • Students appearing can also eligible to apply.

  • There is no age limit.
