Overview
Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test, also known as AP PGECET, is a state-level entrance exam administered by Andhra University on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) for candidates wishing to Post Graduate in regular PG courses such as M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, M.E. etc. in colleges across the state of Andhra Pradesh. The entrance test is conducted once a year.
Conducting Body: Andhra University on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) conducts the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test which is a state-level entrance exam. The entrance test is conducted in Online mode.

Selection Procedure: There is only one stage in AP PGECET for candidates to qualify for admission:
Exam Pattern: The examination is conducted in Online mode and contains MCQ type questions. The total time duration of the examination is two hours. The question paper is set in the English Language only. The total no. of questions are 120 and each question carries 01 marks. The questions paper contain questions from Mathematics, Aptitude and Qualifying Degree (Major) subjects. The detailed pattern is given below:
