Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test, also known as TS PGECET, is a state-level entrance exam administered by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education) for candidates wishing to Post Graduate in various regular PG courses such as M.Tech, M.Arch, ME, M.Pharmacy, etc. in colleges across the state of Telangana. The entrance test is conducted once a year.

Conducting Body: Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education) conducts the Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test which is a state-level entrance exam. The entrance test is conducted in Online mode.

Selection Procedure: There is only one stage in TS PGECET for candidates to qualify for admission:

• Written Test

Exam Pattern: The examination is conducted in Online mode and contains MCQ type questions. The time duration of the examination is two hours. The question paper is based on the  English Language only. The total no. of questions are  120 and each question carries 01 marks. The entrance test is conducted for 17 papers and the paper name along with code  is as follows:

Note:- There is no provision of Negative Marking.

- Domicile:

• Candidate must possess the domicile certificate of the Telangana state. (Non-Local/ Local status depends on the admission requirements).

The application form can be filled in Online mode. Candidates desirous to apply for the test can apply in Online mode from the official website. Following are the steps to apply that must be followed while filling the form:

• Payment of application fee: The first step is the payment and to apply successfully candidates must make the payment. 

• Application Form Filling: After making the payment, Candidates can fill the application form. In this process, some basic information is asked.  

• Uploading Documents: In this step, candidates are asked to upload the scanned copies of their documents. The candidates must submit all the required documents.

After completing all the steps, candidates must click on the submit button to complete the process.

Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) Admit Card

The admit cards will be available to download from 20/07/2022 to 28/07/2022. The admit card is a mandatory document for the test and the candidate must carry it to the exam center along with an I.D proof such as Driving License, Voter Card, PAN Card, Aadhar Card.
