The Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test, also known as TS PGLCET, is conducted by the  Osmania University, Hyderabad for Postgraduate course (LLM programme) offered by Law colleges of Telangana state. Osmania University conducts TS PGLCET annually for candidates who are willing to join Law services.

Osmania University, built in 1918, is the seventh oldest in India, the third oldest in south India and the first to be established in the old princely state of Hyderabad.

TS PGLCET or Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test is a state-level exam conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE (Telangana State Council of Higher Education) for admissions to PG courses. The selection procedure for the LLM programme is as given below.

Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (TS PGLCET) Exam Pattern:

 The exam is conducted  Online. The l time duration of the exam is 01 hour 30 minutes and has 120 Objective type questions divided into 02 Parts - Part A and Part B. The examination is conducted in English Language only. The detailed exam pattern is as follows:-

- Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have qualified or are appearing in the final year of the Undergraduate Degree in Law (03 year/05 year LLB).

• Candidates opting for LLM degree (Private) from Osmania University must have at least 3-years experience as a Judicial Officer/ an Advocate.

- Nationality:

• Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

• Candidates must satisfy the Unreserved/Local status criteria as mentioned by Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions Order, 1974.
