Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UP CET), a state level test is organized to give admission in the Graduate and Postgraduate courses offered by AKTU Lucknow, MMMTU Gorakhpur, and HBTU Kanpur. It is administered by NTA.

National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test also known as UP CET which is a state level entrance exam for candidates desirous to continue their study in Uttar Pradesh. The entrance test is conducted in Online mode.

There is only one stage in UP CET for candidates to qualify for admission:

Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UP CET) Exam Pattern:

The examination is conducted in Online mode and contains MCQ type questions. The question paper is set in English and Hindi  Language. The total no. of questions are 100. The time limit of the examination is 02 hours. The exam pattern in detail is as  follows:

- Age Limit:-

  • There is no age limit but lower age limit vary as per the applied course. Candidates are advised to refer to the website regarding the same.

- Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from recognized board/university.

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation (45% for Reserved category) taken together for Postgraduate courses.

- Nationality:

  • Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

  • OCI/PIO cardholders are also eligible to apply for the test.
