AMU also known as Aligarh Muslim Unversity is an Indian Public University and was established as the 'Muhammaden Anglo-Oriental College' in 1875. Being an institute of national importance under the seventh schedule of the Constitution of India the university offer courses in Traditional & Modern branches.The Aligarh Muslim University conducts the AMU Law Entrance Exam among other exams annually for the aspirants who are seeking admission to the 5 year BA LLB course.

Selection Procedure: Following is the section of the exam:

Exam pattern:- The total time duration of the examination is of 2 hours (120 minutes) and have 75 Objective type questions and also 10 Subjective questions from General Knowledge, English, Reasoning Questions and Aptitude.

Note:- There is a provision of negative marking. 0.25 marks gets deducted for each wrong answer in the objective type questions.
