Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is established under Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act, 1995 . This board organises competitive examinations every year for candidates seeking admissions in different professional courses of Medical, Engineering, Pharmacy, Agricultural and Health Science streams in the Institutions of the Bihar state.

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) Selection Procedure:

There is only one stage in BCECE for candidates to appear:

  • Written Test

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) Exam Pattern:

 The BCECE examination is conducted in Offline mode and contains MCQ type questions. The total time duration of the examination is 90 minutes. The question paper is set in the English & Hindi Language only. The question paper is divided into five sections namely Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Agriculture. The detailed paper pattern for the various courses are as follows:-

- Age limit:

  • No age limit.

- Educational Qualification:

  • 10+2 or equivalent with 45% aggregate marks (40% aggregate marks for reserved categories).

- Domicile:

  • Candidates must possess the Domicile certificate of Bihar.
