Applicants can choose either 4a or 4b.
Interview: Applicable only for the post of Officers (Scale I, II and III) Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for the post of Officers Scale I and in the single level examination for the post of Officers Scale II and III under CRP- RRB VIII is subsequently called for an Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with the aid of IBPSand NABARD in discourse with the suitable authority. Interviews are conducted at selected centers. The center, address of the venue, date & time of Interview is notified to the shortlisted applicants in the call letter. Candidates are obliged to download their interview call letters from authorised IBPS website www.ibps.in. It should be kept in mind that any inquiry regarding the change in center,date etc. of the interview is not considered. The conducting agencies save the right to amend the date/ venue/ time/center, etc. of the interview or hold supplementary method for precise date/session/venue/center/set of applicants at its discretion, under unforeseen situations, if any
The total marks assigned for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks/scores in an interview for Officers Scale I, II and III are as per existent guidelines. The comparable weightage (ratio) of Online Examination and Interview is 80:20 respectively for the Officers. Interview scores of the candidates failing to achieve minimum qualifying marks or otherwise are blocked from the interview or further process is not disclosed. An applicant should qualify both in the Online Examination (Main / Single) and General Interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for succeeding transient allotment process, details are made available subsequently on authorised IBPS website.
IBPS - Regional Rural Banks (IBPS-RRB) Eligibility Criteria:-
Age (As on 01.06.2019) For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Minimum 21 years - maximum 40 years i.e. applicants should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1979 and later than 31.05.1998 (both dates inclusive).
For Officer Scale- II(Manager)- Minimum 21 years - maximum 32 years i.e. applicants should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1987 and later than 31.05.1998 (both dates inclusive).
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Minimum18 years - maximum 30 years i.e. applicants should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1989 and later than 31.05.2001 (both dates inclusive).
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years i.e., applicants should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1991 and later than 01.06.2001 (both dates inclusive).

IBPS - Regional Rural Banks (IBPS-RRB) FAQs:
Ques 1. Which is easy to clear IBPS RRB or IBPS PO?
Ans: Both of the exams are equally difficult but because of completely different reasons. Take a look at the cut offs IBPS PO Prelims consisting of 100 Questions and 60 minutes had a cut off of around 50 while the IBPS RRB OA (80 Questions in 45 minutes) produced a cut off of roughly 70 in some states. Moreover, there is one more notable difference between the two. PO Prelims also have an English section while the RRB (both OS1 and OA) do not have one
Ques 2. Who takes the final interview in IBPS RRB?
Ans: Various interview panels take interviews. Nationalized bank employees are appointed for this schedule.The authority selects some employees and gives them responsibility. The nationalized bank has some employees as an HR in the bank. HR employee also has this responsibility to take the interview. There are one female and four male in the interview panel.

Ans: Yes, all graduates can apply for RRB exam but there are other eligibility criteria that candidates must fulfill.

Ans: It varies every year.
Ques 6. What is the difference between the IBPS RRB PO and the IBPS CRP PO?
Ans: IBPS RRB PO is IBPS recruitment for regional rural bank PO which is also known as officer scale 1In this, you are allocated a job in a rural area and your job restricts to a state only. You are allowed to apply from a single state only and you are given the job in that area only if you are selected.whereasIBPS CPR PO recruitment is for PSB banks PO. It is for banks that have branches throughout the country. So if selected you are allocated job anywhere in India as per your choice and marks scored.
Ques 7. What should be the exam strategy for the IBPS RRB PO 2019 for the last month?
Ans: First of all do not use all of your time on theory and reading new concepts.Give time to only those topics which are important for the RRB exam. You can search for previous year paper and relevant information about all important topics.
Ques 8. If a candidate fills out the form for IBPS RRB from another state, does his OBC caste certificate work in that case?
Ans: OBC certificate is issued at two levels. One which is valid only in the state and one which is valid throughout the country. If the candidates' certificate is valid for other central govt exams it is valid for IBPS as well, Irrespective of the location candidate filled the form.
