The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), established in 1964 is headquartered at Mumbai, Maharashtra. IDBI is the Principal Financial Institution for coordinating the activities of institutions engaged in Financing, Promoting and Developing industry in India. From January 21, 2019 IDBI Bank has been categorised as a Private Sector Bank for regulatory purposes. IDBI conducts exam for desiring candidates every year. The following information is regarding IDBI (Executive) exam conducted by IDBI.

The appointment of Executive is on contractual basis.

Initially the contract is for a period of 1 year and reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years. the review is subjected to completion of assigned mandatory e- learning certifications, satisfactory performance and availability of vacancies.

After successfully completing 3 years of contractual service, candidates become eligible for appointment as Executive in IDBI Bank through a selection process. The selection procedure is conducted by the IDBI Bank.

It is an Online test.The total questions are 150 and the total marks are 150. The duration is 90 minutes to complete the exam. The examis Objective and Multiple Choice Type.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation from a recognised University by the Govt. of India in any discipline or equivalent recognised by the Central Government.

Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognised university.

The candidates studying in the final year of their Graduation are also eligible to apply subject to the condition that if called for Document Verification and Pre Recruitment Medical test, they must have proof of passing the Graduation examination.
