International Olympiad of Mathematics also known as IOM is a competition for students from class 1 to class 12 to test their knowledge abilities in Mathematics subject. IOM promotes Mathematics talent from school to National and International level by recognizing their merits. The olympiad tests the proficiency and competence of students in Mathematics and the syllabus is as prescribed by State Boards/CBSE/ ICSE.
International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM) Conducting Body:
The SilverZone Foundation conducts the International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM) to test and promote the knowledge of Mathematics subject. The IOM is one of the many olympiads conducted by SilverZone Foundation such as International Olympiad of Science, Computer Science, Social Studies, English Language, French language and Reasoning & Aptitude Olympiad.

International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM) Selection Procedure: The Olympiad is conducted in three levels:-

International Olympiad of Mathematics (IOM) Exam Pattern:
The examination is conducted in Offline mode. The total time duration is 01 hour (60 minutes) for the exam. The exam is conducted in the English language. The questions are objective type. The examination is suitable for students studying through State Board/ CBSE/ ICSE/ ISC. The detailed exam pattern is as follows:-
LEVEL 1:- All the students from classes 1st to 12th desirous to appear are eligible to take part in Level 1. The test for level 1 is conducted at schools only.

LEVEL 2:-

Students ranking among the top 1000 from each class in the first level compete in this level for the top position and the required marks to appear in this level is minimum 50% marks.

Students scoring 1st rank in their class having marks more than 75% in level 1 are also eligible for Level 2. This rule applies to the school from where more than 100 students participate for the test.

Level 2 is conducted at the national level but the examination is held at the candidate's city/state.

Students studying from 6th to 12th class scoring 1st rank in level 2 are eligible for 3rd level

Level 3 is conducted in New Delhi, India.

Ques 1. How can a candidate apply for the IOM?
Ans. Candidates can apply offline only for the exam through their school provided their school are registered with Silverzone Foundation. Individual participation of any student is not allowed for the exam.

Ans. Once the application submission process is done and the fee is paid no changes could be made so candidates are advised to fill the form wisely,
