Written Exam: It is a Computer based test.The total marks are 180. The total duration of the time is 3 hours. The paper is Objective type (MCQ) and is common for all posts of PGT.

Language test is qualifying in nature. 1/3rd of the total marks are the qualifying marks for Language test. Rest of the papers i.e. Paper I to IV are not considered for evaluation unless candidate clears the Qualifier paper.
Interview: Applicants qualifying the written exam get selected for Interview round. The applicants invited for the interview in the ratio as decided by Samiti. The final merit list depends on the marks of the Written exam and the Interview.

Age Limit:- Must not be more than 40 years.
Educational Qualification:-

Two Year Integrated Post Graduate Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate Or

Masters Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the relevant subject as according to the applied post And

B.Ed Degree

Proficiency in Hindi and English medium teaching.
