At the time of formation of Rajasthan, the institution of Public Service Commission existed in only three of the 22 covenanting states viz. Jaipur, Jodhpur and Bikaner. RPSC Librarian Exam- Exam Pattern:
The exam is conducted in offline mode. The questions are objective type and the total time duration for the exam is 02 hours. The questions consist of General Knowledge, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning, General English, Computer, Library Science Knowledge, and Rajasthan History. The total no. of questions are 100 and each question carries 01 mark.

Age limit: The age limit is 21 years to 40 years as per their class 10th. The age relaxation to the SC/ST/OBC candidates is given as per government rules.
