RRB Group D Selection Procedure:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT).

  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

RRB Group D Exam Pattern:

Computer Based Test (CBT): The test is held on Online mode and it's an Objective type paper. The total number of questions are 100.The total duration of time is 90 minutes.There is provision of negative marking for incorrect answers in the CBT. 1/3rd of the marks deducted.

Physical Efficiency Tests (PET):Based on the merit of the candidates in the CBT, candidates are called for PET:

For Male Candidates:

1.

Must be able to carry 35kg weight across 100 metres in 02 runs without putting the weight down.

2.

Must be able to run 1000 metres distance in 04 minutes 15 seconds in 01 chance.

For Female Candidates:

1.

Must be able to carry 20 weight across 100 metres in 02 minutes in 01 chance without putting the weight down.

2.

Must be able to run 1000 metres distance in 05 minutes 40 seconds in 01 chance.
