Test Of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) Selection Procedure: There are two modes of exam:

TOEFL iBT (Internet-based Test)

TOEFL PBT (Paper-based Test
Internet based TOEFL: t's the online version of the test and is the most preferred medium for the test due to the ease of convenience and usage of fewer resources.
Paper based TOEFL: This model is used for exams in areas where the internet is not accessible. In this mode, the Speaking Test is not conducted due to the unavailability of resources.

Note:- There may be a few questions that do not contribute towards the final test scores. These questions are given for the sake of testing for the upcoming TOEFL tests. The tests are conducted on a standard English language (QWERTY) computer keyboard.
Test Of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) Eligibility Criteria:
There is no eligibility criteria for the TOEFL exam which needs to be met for a candidate to appear in the exam. The TOEFL is an exam to test the proficiency in English language and is open to candidates irrespective of age and background.
