Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is an Institute of Eminence and private deemed to be university-based in Tamil Nadu, India. Established in 1994 this institute is considered one of the youngest institutes to be deemed a university. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated-degree, dual-degree, doctoral, and certification programs in Engineering, Business, Biotechnology, Arts & Sciences, Medicine, Mass Communication and Social Work.
Conducting Body: The Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) is conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. The institute oversees admissions to various engineering courses offered by the University and conducts AEEE annually. Admission to B.Tech programmes offered at Amrita Schools of Engineering - Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Chennai, Amaravati.

Selection Procedure: There is only one stage in AEEE for candidates to qualify for admission:
Exam Pattern: The examination is conducted in both modes i.e. Online mode as well as Offline mode and contains Objective Type questions. The question paper comprises three sections namely Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each section is of 90 marks. The total time duration of the examination is 02 hours and 30 minutes.
