Overview

Central Universities Common Entrance Test, a national level test and also known as CUCET, is conducted for admissions into Integrated, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D. courses offered at all participating Central universities. The entrance test is conducted jointly for admission into 14 Central Universities and Dr. B R Ambedkar School of Economics (BASE). Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) Conducting Body:

CUCET is the National Level/ University Level exam and is conducted by the National Testing Agency. The exam is conducted in Online mode and is a national level entrance exam for Integrated, UG, PG & P.hD programs. The examination is conducted in Offline mode and contains MCQ type questions. The total time duration of the examination is two hours. The question paper is set in the English Language only. The total no. of questions are 100. The  following table explains the paper pattern in detail:

The application form can be filled in Online mode. Candidates desirous to apply for the test can apply in Online mode from the official website. Following are the steps to apply that must be followed while filling the form:

• Registration: Candidates are required to visit the website and register themselves for the test. In this process, some basic information is asked. After providing these pieces of information candidates must click on the Register button.

• Application Form Filling: After registration, Candidates can fill the application form through their provided LoginI.d and Password. 

• Uploading Documents: In this step, candidates are asked to upload the scanned copies of their documents (Photograph and Signature). The candidates must submit all the required documents.

The admit cards for the exam are issued by the TA in online mode. The applicants can download the admit card on the official website. The applicants are able to download the admit card by using details such as registration number and date of birth. The steps required to download the admit card is as follows:
