The UPSC organizes the UPSC School Principal exam. The purpose of this exam is to hire eligible and aspiring applicants for the posts of Principal in Government schools of NCT. Eligible and desiring applicants have a great opportunity through this exam to join the UPSC.

The UPSC is an organisation originated in the year 1926. It is headquartered at New Delhi. Every school that is under the UPSC is associated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). This exam is conducted yearly.

Interview: The Interview round is of 100 marks.The final merit list depends on the marks obtained in the Interview.

UPSC School Principal Exam Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:- Not more than 50 years old.

Education qualifications:

Candidate must have Master Degree/Graduation degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Aspirants must have B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.

Experience:

Experience of 10 years (Vice Principal/PGT/TGT) from a recognized board or university.

Desirable:

Knowledge of Computer Application.

The application form can only be filled in online mode. Applicants who are eager to apply for the test can apply in online mode through the official website. The steps required to follow while filling the form are as follows:

Registration: Applicants are required to visit the official website and register themselves for the test. Some simple information is asked in this process, after providing the information applicants must click on the Register button.
Verification: After clicking the registration button, an email is sent on the provided i.d to verify. The registration process can only be completed after verification.
Application Form Filling: After verification, aspirants are able to fill the application form through their provided Login I.d and Password. The aspirant must fill the application form correctly, as sometimes there is no provision of correcting the application form after the submission.

The admit cards for the exam are issued by the UPSC in online mode. The applicants can download the admit card through the official website after the date for the availability of the admit card is released. The admit card is a compulsory document for the test and the aspirant is required to carry it to the exam center along with an I.D proof such as Driving License, Voter Card, PAN Card, Aadhar Card.
