Ques 3. Is JPSC held every year?
Ans. No.
Ques 4. What are the posts for which the exam is conducted?
Ans. Following are the posts:

Ques 5. Is there negative marking in JPSC?
Ans. NO, there isn't any negative marking in JPSC Pre.
Ques 6. Is there any Interview for JPSC?
Ans. Yes, there is a provision of Interview and it carries 100 marks
Ques 7. Can a candidate, appearing in the final year of the Qualifying exam, apply?
Ans. No.
Ques 8. Is there any provision of editing after the application is submitted?
Ans. No. There is no such provision.
Ques 9. On what the final merit list is based?
Ans. It is based on the Mains and Interview marks.
Ques 10. Is there any optional subject in JPSC Mains?
Ans. No.
Ques 11. How many papers are there in JPSC Mains?
Ans. There is a total of 6 papers out of which Paper I (General Hindi & General English) is of qualifying nature. Rest all papers are compulsory.
Ques 12. Are all papers in the Mains examination of Descriptive nature?
Ans.Yes.
