Ques 1. What is the number of attempts I can appear for the Madhya Pradesh TET exam?
Ans: There is no limitation on the number of trials a person can take to pass Madhya Pradesh TET. A person who has qualified Madhya Pradesh TET may also reappear for improving his/her score.
Ques 2. If I clear Madhya Pradesh TET and still in my final year of Bachelor's Degree, am I eligible to apply?
Ans: Candidates who are appearing in the final year of Bachelor's Degree in Education or Diploma in Elementary Education etc. are temporarily admitted and their Madhya Pradesh TET Certificate shall be confirmed only on passing the aforesaid Examinations.
Ques 3. What are the minimum marks to qualify?
Ans. The criteria for considering pass in Madhya Pradesh TET is as follows:
a) OC 60% Marks and above
b) BC 50% Marks and above
c) SC 40% Marks and above
d) ST 40% Marks and above
e) Differently-abled (PH) 40% Marks and above
Ques 4. I want to apply for Madhya Pradesh TET. So, I need to know about the age limit for applying?
Ans: Age limit to apply for Madhya Pradesh TET:

General male and female- 35 years.

OBC male and female-38 years.

SC / ST male and female-42 years.
However, relaxation of 3 years is given to OBC applicants and 5 years to SC/ ST candidates.
Ques 5. What type of question can I expect in the Paper-II of the Madhya Pradesh TET exam?
Ans: The questions in the tests for Paper II will be based on the subjects of the prescribed syllabus of the Madhya Pradesh State for classes VI-VIII but the difficulty standard could be up to the senior secondary stage.
Ques 6. Can a BCA student apply for Madhya Pradesh TET?
Ans. No, besides graduation, the applicant must also have done B.Ed/B.El.Ed from a recognized university.
Ques 7. Is a B.Com B.Ed student eligible for the Madhya Pradesh TET?
Ans: If you have 4 years of Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.ED) degree than you are eligible for Madhya Pradesh TET.

Ques 9. I have done a diploma in elementary education may I eligible for secondary teacher exam?
Ans: Yes you are eligible. The applicants who has Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary (or it's equivalent 10+2) with a minimum of 50% marks and has finished a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.ED) can apply.
Ques 10. I have completed B. Sc Microbiology, am I eligible?
Ans. To be eligible for the course, it is expected that along with the graduation, the candidate must have done a teaching course. Thus, you are not eligible.
