Madhya Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test is organized by the Professional Examination Board (PEB). It is a state level exam. The exam is held for the employment of eligible applicants for the posts of teacher. Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), commonly identified as Vyapam. It is the authorised examination board of Madhya Pradesh, India. It carries out several tests for admission to professional courses and streams. It is the biggest examination conducting agency of Madhya Pradesh operated directly under the Directorate of Technical Education (Government of Madhya Pradesh).

Madhya Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test Selection Procedure:
Applicants will be shortlisted from the score secured in the Madhya Pradesh TET 2019. The final list is prepared based on the category wise cut off marks.Multiple choice type questions are asked in the exam. Each question is for one mark and there is no negative marking. There are two papers in the exam i.e. Paper I and Paper II in which 150 questions are. Candidates have to complete the exam in 1 and ahalf hours.

Madhya Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
The candidates should pass the upper Secondary examination with at least 50 marks.
There is a relaxation of 45 marks if the candidates belong to a reserved class.
1.Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary (or it's equivalent 10+2) with a minimum 50% score and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.ED)
OR
2.Higher Secondary / Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent 10+2) with a minimum 50% result and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.ED).
OR
3. Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary (or it's equivalent 10+2) with a minimum 50% score and having a Diploma in Education (Special Education), approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India(RCI).

4. 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.ED) or Graduation.
Age Criteria: Applicants should be between 18 to 40 years.

Ques 1. What is the number of attempts I can appear for the Madhya Pradesh TET exam?
Ans: There is no limitation on the number of trials a person can take to pass Madhya Pradesh TET. A person who has qualified Madhya Pradesh TET may also reappear for improving his/her score.
Ques 2. If I clear Madhya Pradesh TET and still in my final year of Bachelor's Degree, am I eligible to apply?
Ans: Candidates who are appearing in the final year of Bachelor's Degree in Education or Diploma in Elementary Education etc. are temporarily admitted and their Madhya Pradesh TET Certificate shall be confirmed only on passing the aforesaid Examinations.

The MP TET releases the admit cards for the exam in Online mode. The link of the admit cards are sent to the registered emails and mobile numbers of the candidates.The admit card is a mandatory document for the test and the candidate must carry it to the exam center along with an I.D proof such as Driving License, Voter Card, PAN Card, Aadhar Card.
