Overview
Kashmir Administrative Exam (KAS) or Combined Competitive Exam is organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC). The exam is held for the recruitment of eligible and desiring applicants for numerous posts in the Ministries and departments in Governmentof Jammu and Kashmir. The exam is organized yearly. This exam is state level exam and is held in offline mode.

The Kashmir Public Service Commission is authorised to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry level appointments to the various Civil Services of Kashmir. Kashmir PSC organizes the Civil Services Exam yearly for aspiring applicants.

Preliminary Examination:- The preliminary examination is of Qualifying nature and is held Offline. The examination consists of two papers of Objective nature. The applicants needs to select one optional subject from the list of the optional subject provided below.
