The Association of Managements of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges, Maharashtra (AMUPMDC) carries out the Common Entrance Test called ASSO CET. This medical entrance test is administered for admissions to Health Science Courses in Private Unaided Medical, Occupational Therapy, Dental, Physiotherapy, Ayurvedic, and Nursing Colleges.

Exam Pattern:

ASSO CET 2019 is a paper-based exam. It includes a single question paper for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The span of the exam is 3 hours and has 200 Multiple Choice Questions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Nationality:

• Indian nationals, NRIs and immigrants are qualified for the exam.

- Proof of Nationality:

• Applicants are expected to produce their Class 12 certificates showing their nationality. Foreign nationals are expected to produce their valid passports.

- Age Limit:

• The age limit of the applicant should be above 17 years.

- Educational Qualification:

• For MBBS, BDS and BAMS courses, students need 50% Marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology in Class 12. For reserved category students, 40% of marks are needed.

• For B. Sc (Nursing), the open category must have secured not less than 45% Marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English in class 12. and for reserved category students - 40% marks are needed.

Ans. The application form is available online at the official website and candidates can submit the form in online mode only.

ASSO CET Application Process

The application form can be filled in Online mode. Candidates desirous to apply for the test can apply in Online mode from the official website. Following are the steps to apply that must be followed while filling the form:

• Registration: Candidates are required to visit the website and register themselves for the test. In this process, some basic information is asked. After providing these pieces of information candidates must click on the Register button.

• Verification: Once the registration button is clicked, an email is sent on the provided i.d to verify. The registration process is completed only after verification.

• Application Form Filling: After verification, Candidates can fill the application form through their provided LoginI.d and Password. 

• Uploading Documents: In this step, candidates are asked to upload the scanned copies of their documents. The candidates must submit all the required documents.

• Payment of application fee: The last step is the payment and to apply successfully candidates must make the payment.
