Bharati Vidyapeeth, a Deemed to be University, conduct the BVP CET. It is a university-level entry test which is carried out for applicants trying for B.Tech. in the institutes affiliated with BVP University.

Selection Procedure: The University carries out BVP CET for B Tech. After the entrance exam, GDPI or counselling is conducted for appropriate programmes. The applicants are needed to be present in person for GDPI and Counselling sessions.

Aspirants must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks (45% for candidate of SC/ST/PWD).

Subjects: Aspirant should have studied physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subjects at the 10+2 level.

Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology from AICTE approved institution with minimum 50% marks will be eligible to apply (45% marks in case of SC/ ST/ PwD categories)

The applicant’s age must be no less than 17 years.

The application form can be filled in Online & Offline mode. Candidates desirous to apply for the test can apply in Online mode from the official website. Following are the steps to apply that must be followed while filling the form:

• Registration: Visit the official website at bvuniversity.edu.in and register for the test. Fill in the basic information. After providing these pieces of information, click on the Register button.

• Verification: Once the registration button is clicked, an email is sent on the provided i.d to verify. The registration process is completed only after verification.

• Application Form Filling: Again login with the provided credentials and fill the application form.

• Uploading Documents: Upload the scanned copies of the documents. The candidates must submit all the required documents (Photograph and Signature).

• Payment of application fee: The last step is the payment and to apply successfully, the payment must be made.

For Offline submission of the application, the properly filled form along with passport size photo and Demand Draft for application fee must be couriered to the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.
