The Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing Design Aptitude Test, also known as the CPDM DAT, is a way for aspirants to get shortlisted for admission in the Postgraduate Design programme offered at the CPDM, IISC. The institute offers Master of Design in Product Design and Engineering and the entrance exam is conducted once in a year.

Conducting Body: The CPDM Design Aptitude Test is conducted by the Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing, IISc Bangalore. The exam is conducted at the national level for admissions into PG programs offered by the institute. The institute also offers M.Sc and P.hd programs in Design.
