DJ Academy of Design conducts a Design Entrance Exam to provide admission to candidates in UG (B.Des) and PG (M.des) Design programs. Earlier, the DJ Academy of Design entrance exam was known as DJAD Entrance Exam but now it is called DEED (DJAD Entrance Exam for Design).

Candidates need to appear for the online Studio Test or Personal Interview round. The offered programs under UG and PG courses are given below:

• DJAD Undergraduate program 4 years: Communication Design - CND, Industrial Design - IND streams, 

• DJAD Postgraduate program 2 years: Communication Design - CND, Industrial Design - IND, Furniture and Space Design & User Experience Design streams, Service Design.

- Qualification Eligibility for M. Des:

• Candidates can apply for the NID Entrance exam rank for admission in UG design.

• Candidates must have completed the undergraduate program of a minimum of 3 years duration in any specialization from any recognized University or Institute.

• Possess full-time Diploma of minimum 4 years duration in Design/ Fine Arts/ Applied Arts/ Architecture after 12th class, from any recognized University or Institute.

The entrance test is a State level test and is conducted in Offline mode. The time duration of the test is 03 hours. The test is conducted commonly for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. Candidates need to attempt all the questions in DJAD Entrance Exam. The paper is divided into 3 sections.

Marking Scheme:

• 1 mark carries for every right answer.

• No negative marking for wrong answer.

• Application Form Filling: After Registration, Candidates can fill the application form through their provided LoginI.d and Password.
