For M.Des:

Exam PatternThe examination is conducted in Offline mode and contains Objective Type questions. The question paper comprises four sections namely Quantitative Aptitude, English Comprehension & Analytical Ability, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, and Management Aptitude or Design Aptitude Test (DAT).  The total time duration of the examination is 02 hours and 30 minutes. The following table explains the paper pattern in detail:-

Note:- 

  • 01 mark is awarded for each correct answer. There is no provision of Negative Marking.

  • From section D, Management Aptitude is for MBA-RFM and Design Aptitude Test is for Design Programmes  (MDes-FDP & MDes-CAD).

- Personal Interview: The shortlisted candidates from the Written Test are called for the Personal Interview round. The selection of the candidates is based on the performance in the Written Test as well as the Personal Interview.
