IRMASAT stands for the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) Social Awareness Test which is conducted by the Institute of Rural Management Anand. IRMASAT rank is considered for admission to Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) and Fellow Program in Rural Management (FPRM). Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) Social Awareness Test (IRMASAT) Exam Pattern:
The exam is conducted in Online mode and the questions are Objective type. The paper is divided into 4 sections namely Social Issues, Quantitative Ability, Analytical Reasoning, and English Comprehension. The medium of the test is English only. The IRMASAT consists of 200 questions divided into 4 sections:-

Note: There is a provision of Negative marking. 0.25 marks from the total allotted mark to a question gets deducted for each wrong answer.
Personal Interview (PI): The candidates, who qualify the test, are invited for the Interview round. The venue for the test and the interview is IRMA only.

Completion of graduation in any discipline or stream from a recognized university/institute.

There is no age limit.

Candidates of Indian Origin can apply through GMAT /CAT/XAT Score.

Indian Candidates applying through GMAT/CAT/XAT have to appear for the ‘Issues of Social Concern’ test.

Foreign Nationals can apply directly on the basis of their GMAT/ CAT/ XAT Score.

Ans. Application fee for the General/OBC category is INR 1400 and for DAP/SC/ST is INR 700.

Ans. Candidate, in order to pay the fees, should take a print out of State Bank of India e-challan and the fee for the offline application form can be paid via Demand Draft.

Ans. It is a good college with excellent placements. Placements in IRMA are very good. IRMA is the best rural management B-school.
Ques 8. What is PGDRM?
Ans. PGDRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management) is a full-time Rural Management program spanning a duration of 2 years. This program is considered equivalent to a Master's degree by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
Ques 9. Does IRIMA have a reservation?
Ans. Yes, IRIMA has reservations for OBC candidates and SC/ST/DAP candidates.
