Conducting Body: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), is a private deemed university established in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The institution awards undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering, Rural management, Medicine, Management, Biotechnology, Film Studies, Journalism, Law, Computer application, Fashion, Architecture, and Sculpting. It was granted deemed university status in 2004 and renamed KIIT University.

Selection Process: The selection process includes a computer-based exam that is conducted every year in April. The duration of the test is 180 minutes (three hours). KIITEE exam result is usually published in the last week of April or the first week of May. Candidates who clear the exam finally need to appear for KIITEE counselling which is typically held in May/ June every year. In the KIITEE counselling session, applicants are allotted seats in their respective courses based on ranks secured by them in the exam.
Exam Pattern:-
For B.Sc Nursing (4-years): The examination is conducted online and has 120 objective type questions divided into 3 sections (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), each of 4 marks. The total time duration of the examination is 3 hours (180 minutes).

For M.Sc Nursing (2-years): The examination is conducted online and has 120 objective type questions of 4 marks each. The questions are based on the B.Sc Nursing curriculum. The total time duration of the examination is 3 hours (180 minutes).

Eligibility:
- For B.Sc. Nursing:

Age Limit: 17 to 35 years

Educational Qualification: (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects with at least 45% aggregate marks.
- For M.Sc Nursing:

Age Limit: 17 to 35 years

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).

Other Qualifications
- Applicants should be a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
- Work experience of 1 year after B.Sc Nursing (Basic).
