Overview

Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test, also known as LPUNEST, is conducted by Lovely Professional University (LPU) every year. It is a university-level examination that is held once a year for admission of candidates in Lovely Professional University for courses in Agriculture, Design, Engineering, Law, Hotel Management and MBA. LPUNEST is conducted Online for each of these courses separately. The test has a two-fold advantage as it acts as the Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test.

Conducting Body: The Lovely Professional University (LPU) conducts the Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test annually for admissions to the various Graduate and Masters level courses across the country.

Selection Procedure: There is only one stage in LPUNEST for candidates to qualify for admission:

For B.Tech:

Exam Pattern: The examination is conducted in Online mode and contains Objective Type questions. The question paper comprises four sections namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, and English. The total time duration of the examination is 02 hours and 30 minutes. The following table explains the paper pattern in detail:-

The application form can be filled in Online modes. Candidates desirous to apply for the test can apply in Online mode from the official website.

Following are the steps to apply that must be followed while filling the form in online mode:

• Registration: Candidates are required to visit the website and register themselves for the test. In this process, some basic information is asked. After providing these pieces of information candidates must click on the Register button.

• Verification: Once the registration button is clicked, an email is sent on the provided i.d to verify. The registration process is completed only after verification.

• Application Form Filling: After verification, Candidates can fill the application form through their provided LoginI.d and Password. 

• Uploading Documents: In this step, candidates are asked to upload the scanned copies of their documents. The candidates must submit all the required documents.

• Payment of application fee: The last step is the payment and to apply successfully candidates must make the payment.
