Overview

The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a national-level management entrance examination conducted by the Symbiosis International University (SIU). The exam is conducted for admissions into the various postgraduate level management courses offered by the management colleges that are affiliated to the university.

Conducting Body: SNAP, formally Symbiosis International (Deemed University), is a deemed to be university headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. There has 38 educational institutions. The SNAP is conducted by the Symbiosis International University.

Important Dates:

Selection Procedure:- 

• Step-1: Candidates need to appear for the SNAP test.

• Step-2: Applicants who obtain a minimum cutoff will be suitable for the SNAP selection process.

• Step-3: The chosen applicants will have to give GE-PIWAT.

• Step-4: The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the SNAP score and the GE-PIWAT score.

Note: Categorywise cut off of SNAP for merit list and the waitlist is released on the website of the respective institutes. The movement of the waitlist depends upon the available vacancies.

Exam Pattern:

Written Test:- The examination will consist of a total of 130 questions divided into 4 sections. However, the number of questions keeps on varying every year. The total duration of the examination will be of 120 minutes. The detailed exam pattern is as follows:-

Note:- 1/4th of the marks allotted to the questions will be deducted for each wrong answer. The candidate will have to use the virtual keyboard to answer the Special Questions.

-Selection Round (Group Exercise, Personal Interview, and Written Ability Test):- The candidates who will secure the minimum cut-off marks shall be called for the selection round. The cut-off marks will be decided by the individual institutes.

The SNAP 2021 application form can be filled in Online mode. Following are the steps to apply that must be followed while filling the form:

• Registration: Visit the official website at snaptest.org and register for the test. Fill in the basic information. After providing these pieces of information, click on the Register button.

• Verification: Once the registration button is clicked, an email is sent on the provided i.d to verify. The registration process is completed only after verification.

• Application Form Filling: Again login with the provided credentials and fill the application form. The centre for the exam must be chosen at this step.

• Uploading Documents:Upload the scanned copies of the documents. The candidates must submit all the required documents.

• Payment of application fee: The last step is the payment and to apply successfully, the payment must be made.
