Overview

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination, a state level test and also known as UPSEE, is conducted for admissions into Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses offered at University & affiliated Institutes/Collevel entrance exam administered by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University for candidates desirous to continue their study at AKTU affiliated Institutes/Colleges. The entrance test is conducted annually.

The Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University conducts Uttar Pradesh State level entrance exam for candidates desirous to study Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. The entrance test is conducted in Offline mode. The following mentioned detail is regarding the B.Pharm program.

There is only one stage in UPSEE for candidates to qualify for admission:

• Written Test

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) Exam Pattern:

The examination is conducted in Offline mode and contains MCQ type questions. The question paper is set in English and Hindi Languages. The paper is divided into 3 sections namely Physics, Mathematics/Biology, and Chemistry. The total no. of questions are 150. The total duration of the exam is 03 hours (180 minutes). The exam pattern in detail is  as follows: 

- Note:- There is no provision of Negative Marking.

- Educational Qualification:

• Minimum marks required in the qualifying exam is 45% (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate.

• Candidates must have passed each compulsory subject without grace marks.

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) Application Process

The application form can be filled in Online mode. Candidates desirous to apply for the test can apply in Online mode from the official website. Following are the steps to apply that must be followed while filling the form:

• Registration: Candidates are required to visit the website and register themselves for the test. In this process, some basic information is asked. After providing these pieces of information candidates must click on the Register button.
