Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination, a national level test and also known as UPSEE, is conducted for admissions into Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses offered at University & affiliated Institutes/Colleges. Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination is a national level entrance exam administered by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University for candidates desirous to continue their study at AKTU affiliated Institutes/Colleges and UPSEE offered Bachelor of Fashion and Apparel Design (BFAD) Course.

The examination is conducted in Offline mode and contains MCQ type questions. The question paper is set in English and Hindi Languages. The paper is conducted as Aptitude Test for General Awareness. The total no. of questions are 75. The time duration of the exam is 01 hour 30 minutes. The exam pattern in detail is  as follows:
