Assam PSC Technical Exam Selection Procedure: The selection process of the APSC Technical exam is as follows:

•    Offline Exam

•    Viva-Voce

Assam PSC Technical Exam - Exam Pattern:

Offline Exam: The exam is held in offline mode. The exam consists of a total of 100 questions and each carries one mark. The questions are objective type. The total time period given for the exam is 02 hours. The questions comprise General Knowledge, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning, General English, Assam gk, Technical Knowledge, and Computer.

Note: Negative marking will be done 0.25 marks from the total allotted marks to each question get deducted for the wrong answer.

Viva-Voce: Qualified applicants from the offline exam are then called for the Viva round. In this round, the selected applicants are generally three times to the posts.

Assam PSC Technical Exam Eligibility Criteria:

•    Age limit: The age limit required is 21 years to 38 years as per their class 10th. Age relaxation is given to the SC/ST/OBC applicants as per government rules.

•    Educational Qualification: Applicants having least 50% marks in total in Graduation/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a known university/ institute are suitable to apply.
