Eligbility

BFUHS Various Vacancy Exam Eligibility Criteria:

- Age limit: The age limit is 18 years to 37 years as per their class 10th. The age relaxation to the SC/ST/OBC candidates is given as per government rules.

- Educational Qualification:

  • For Medical Officer (General): MBBS degree from a recognized university or institution or any equivalent degree recognized by the Medical Council of India. Also, the candidate should be registered with Punjab Medical Council or with any duly constituted by MCI.

  • For Medical Officer (Dental): The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery from a recognized university or institution or any equivalent degree recognized by the Dental Council of India. Also, the candidate should be registered in Part 'A' of the register of State Dental Council.

  • For Radiographer: The candidate must possess Senior Secondary exam Part II with Science and two year Diploma in Radiography from a recognized university/ institution.

  • For Pharmacist: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university or institution. Also, the candidate must be registered with Punjab Pharmacist Council under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

  • For ECG Technician: The candidate must possess Senior Secondary exam Part II with Science and two year Diploma in Electro Cardiography from a recognized university/ institution.

  • For MPHW: The candidate must possess Senior Secondary exam Part II with Science and Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker. Also, the candidate should be registered as MPHW with Punjab Nurses Registration Council.

  • For OT Assistant: The candidate must possess Senior Secondary exam Part II with Science and two year Diploma in Operation Theatre Technique from a recognized university/ institution.

  • For Medical Lab Assistant: The candidate must possess Senior Secondary exam Part II with Science and B.Sc or two year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized university/ institution.

  • For Ward Attendant: The candidate must passed Middle standard with the Punjabi Language as one of the subjects from a recognized educational institution.
