Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology Design Aptitude Test is also known as DAIICT DAT is the competitive national-level entrance exam conducted by DAIICT for admissions to it's M.Des Program. DAIICT DAT is conducted annually and in Offline mode.

Exam Pattern:- The examination is conducted in Offline mode and is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B. The total marks are 50 with each part having 25 marks. The language of the examination is English only. The paper pattern is as follows:

- Statement of Purpose: Along with their applications all candidates are asked to submit their SOP online. Applications without SOP are not considered. Candidates must relate the curricular content of the program (MDes) as per their aptitude and interests.
- Personal Interview: SOP and Written test qualified candidates are invited for interview.

Candidates must have completed Graduation in a relevant stream as per the applied PG programme.

The minimum marks to qualify are 55%(50% for Reserved Category) aggregate.
