The Development Authority was established in 1957 under the provisions of the Delhi Development Act to promote and secure the development of Delhi. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) conducts the various vacancy exam to recruit young & dynamic candidates for Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Accounts Officer, SO Horticulture, Planning Assistant, Architectural Assistant, Surveyor posts in various departments of Delhi. The exam is conducted in an online mode. The questions are objective type and the total time duration for the exam is 02 hours. The questions consist of General Knowledge, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning, General English, Computer, Hindi Grammar, Delhi History, and Relevant Subjects. The total no. of questions are 100 and each question carries 01 mark.

Age limit: The age limit is 21 years to 37 years as per their class 10th. The age relaxation to the SC/ST/OBC candidates is given as per government rules.
