This exam is organized by the Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC). The exam is held with the purpose to hire young and eligible applicants for the posts of Lecturer, Assistant Professor, and Post Graduate Teacher in the Government Degree Colleges. Note: There is a negative marking. 0.25 marks from the total allotted marks to each question gets deducted for the wrong answer.

Interview: The candidates, after qualifying the offline exam, are invited for the Interview round. This round is only qualifying in nature and is held at Commission's headquarters.
