Banaras Hindu University Introduces Scholarships for MA Jyotish Students
The scholarship is based on Rs 10 lakh obtained by BHU in grants under its Pratidana Initiative. The donation had been provided to institute new scholarships for Ist and IInd year students of MA Jyotish-Ganit.

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will introduce two new scholarships for students seeking a Master's (MA) in Jyotish (ganit). This course is being delivered by the Department of Jyotish at Sanskrit Vidya Dharma Vigyan Sankaya or the Faculty of Sanskrit Vidya Dharma Vijnana. The scholarship is based on Rs 10 lakh obtained by BHU in grants under its Pratidana Initiative. The donation had been provided to institute new scholarships for Ist and IInd year students of MA Jyotish-Ganit.
