Assam Govt Will Appoint over 4,700 people in Education Dept on September 23.

Education Minister Ranoj Pegu stated that appointment letters for 4,717 posts in his department would be handed over during the function on Friday. He told reporters that most of these posts are of teachers from school to college levels. Apart from teachers, vacancies in other job positions will also be filled up during the exercise.

Selection of Govt Schools After State Agrees to Enforce NEP 2020 in its

The implementation of the scheme will be as a Centrally sponsored scheme with a total project cost of ?27,360 crores, with the Centre’s claim being ?18,128 crores for five years from 2022-23 to 2026-27 for transforming 14,500 schools across the nation. Delhi Govt-Run Technical Education Institutes: Who All Are eligible for 85% Admission Quota?

Section 12(1)(b) of this Act expresses that 85% of the total seats are to be allotted for Delhi students, except for management seats, and the remaining 15% seats for the outside Delhi students or such additional allocation as the government might by notification in the official Gazette direct. A student from Delhi who passed Class 12 from a Gurgaon school had made a request that Delhi residents who passed their qualifying examination within the National Capital Region should not be knocked down from the benefit of reservation.

Education Ministry: Over 98% Educationally Backward Blocks in Bihar

In reply to a question in Parliament on Monday, The Education Ministry said that more than 98 percent of educational blocks in Bihar are educationally backward. According to the data by the ministry, 530 out of 537 educational blocks in Bihar are termed educationally backward blocks. No other state than Bihar has more than 80 percent of education blocks labeled backward.
