The Student Wellness Cell at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has introduced a new program to support students living in the hostels. This program will involve organizing counseling sessions and engaging in activities related to different topics like mindfulness, handling stress during exams, taking care of oneself, and maintaining good mental health.
There will be events, counseling sessions, and activities in the hostels, focusing on significant subjects such as managing stress during exams, self-care practices, and maintaining good mental well-being. The dean of students, Anupam Kumar Nema, is overseeing the implementation of this outreach initiative.
