Eligibility to become an architect
For the diploma course:
Clearing 10th grade is the minimum criterion.
You can also pursue a diploma after the 12th grade (with math).
For degree:
Aggregate 50% marks in board exams with mathematics as the main subject.
You can also pursue a degree after completing a 3-year diploma.
Entrance exams like JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, and NATA are taken according to the requirements of the college.
For PG and doctoral degrees:
You must have cleared your architecture degree.
You must have cleared entrance exams like GATE and SEED.

Architect
An architect plays a crucial role in designing building structures and keeps a close watch on the building's construction. An architect acts as a bridge between clients' demands and technical challenges in project construction. One requires a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture. Moreover, one must complete a professional internship and qualify for the exam to get a licence.
Interior Designer
Interior designers play a pivotal role in creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing interior space as per clients' requirements. It involves planning furniture, colour schemes, lighting, and various other tasks. An interior designer with a bachelor's degree in architecture can also work as an interior designer.
Urban Planners
Urban planners work on various projects concerning the development of urban and rural spaces. It includes drafting plans to effectively use free land space, public places, city planning, community parks, and transportation systems, among many other things. An urban planner provides holistic planning that takes into account economic, environmental, social, and other relevant factors.

Landscape Architect
The job of a landscape architect allows you to design outdoor spaces sustainably for a given project.
