The IIT Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (IIT BHU) has signed an agreement with the Niigata University, Japan to promote cooperation and exchange in education and research. The agreement will also promote the holding of lectures and symposiums and the participation of students/ faculty members, and strengthen the relations between the two.



This collaboration will also encourage students to be shortlisted and nominated by the home university.



According to the agreement, both parties must ensure that an equal number of students participate and are exchanged.
