The U.S. Department of Education has granted $17.7 million to Indiana University to support instruction and training in world languages, research, regions, and international business. The funding will be provided to 11 centers in the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies and the Kelley School of Business through the DOE's Title VI program, says IU.

IU informed that four types of Title VI funding have been awarded: Funding for National Resource Centers, Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowships and Scholarships, a Center for International Business Education, and Language Resource Centers.
