Preliminary English Test (PET), also known as the Cambridge English: Preliminary, is an English Test for applicants who want to communicate in English in everyday situations. Cambridge English: Preliminary English Test (PET) Selection Procedure: There are two types of PET test:

PET (for schools)
Both tests are almost same and have the same type of questions also but the content of the 'PET for schools' is set as per the school age learner's interest.
Cambridge English: Preliminary English Test (PET) Exam Pattern:
The test is held in both modes i.e. in Online as well as Offline. The time duration of the exam is 02 hours and 10 minutes. The Online test is held Once in every month whereas the Offline test is held only six times a year. Following are the different sections of the exam:

Speaking test is done between two candidates and two examiners examine them out of which only one can participate in the conversation.

Ans. Fees are set by Test Centres but in general it is around 130 euros.
Ques 7. Which level is considered B1 in English?
Ans. The third level of English as per the CEFR or Common European Framework of Reference is English level B1. It's a definition of different language levels written by the Council of Europe and is also called 'intermediate'.
