Servicio Internacional de Evaluacion de la Lengua Espanola (SIELE) FAQs:
Ques 1. What is the registration procedure for the test?
Ans. The candidates can register online and receive certain times and dates for sitting their SIELE exam in India or anywhere in the world. That also a few days or even hours before the exam dates are chosen.
Ques 2. How long does it take for result declaration?
Ans. Within 21 days of sitting the test, the candidate receives an email letting know the certificate, test scores, and a CEFR level equivalence. And of course, a numerical score representing the sum of each test is also provided. The test results are also available on the SIELE official website.
Ques 3. Is there any provision to choose the examination date and centre?
Ans. The candidates can choose the day, time, and authorised Exam Centre as per their convenience.
Ques 4. How can an applicant decide the level for which he/she wants to appear?
Ans. The SIELE overcomes the dilemma of what level to aim for because it is a single multi-level test that grades the students' Spanish proficiency from A1 to C1 - all linked to the CERF.
Ques 5. Do applicants fail the exam?
Ans. It's not possible to fail the SIELE exam. The scoring range is from 0 to 1000. So without passing or failing, applicants can find out which level they are on.
Ques 6. How long is the SIELE certificate valid for?
Ans. The SIELE certificate is valid for FIVE years.
Ques 7. How many exam centres are there in India?
Ans. There are a total of 20 SIELE exam centres in India.
Ques 8. How much does the exam cost?
Ans. For S1-S5, The Fees for the exam is between 45 euros to 75 euros. For SIELE Global, Fee is 135 euros. All the exam centres across the world have the same fees.
Ques 9. Who can take the exam?
Ans. Anyone who wishes to accredit their mastery of the Spanish language, who either speaks Spanish as a first, second, or foreign language. SIELE is directed towards young people and adults and is a particularly appropriate option for people needing fast accreditation for University admission or job applications.

Ans. Following are the list of the levels and the proficiency related to those levels:
