Nowadays teaching has become challenging because of the COVID - 19, even for the best trainers as there is no eye contact and interaction with the learners. Few months earlier, there was a news that shows the maximum number of children were using mobile phones that put detrimental effect on their health. As a result, parents started stopping their young ones to use mobile phones.

Nevertheless, the whole situation changed over the night as the Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared a lockdown on March 23, 2020. As we know, we are in the time of lockdown-4 and the whole world depends upon the use of the internet whether they are studying online or doing work at home.

It put a deleterious effect on many sectors out of which it affected most the education sector. The teaching sector has gone through a transformation. Now teachers are adopting various online methods to stay in contact with the learners. But the fact is that it arises many problems as it effects the eyesight of the children, their mind and bodies. Some of the learners are claiming about the headache, back pain and stiffness in their legs.

One of the trainers said, "There are many activities which are of utmost importance to the students like group discussions, group activities and projects. But these activities are missing because of the pandemic. The vanishing classrooms will lead us to the disappearance of communication skills.
